With the support of the local partners, each researcher-par team organized the logistics of the trip to their site (five active currently) during the sessions of the BonDiv initial workshop. 

After final material purchases in Kinshasa, each team started their trip by pirogue or with a domestic flight, followed by moto, car, or on foot, with a duration between 24 hours to several days, transporting with them all the material needed for the project but also the equipment and supplies for the field team for at least 3 months.
